Whip Up a Storm with Cream Chargers

As any baker will know, getting whipped cream into a dessert can be a difficult and messy process. Nitrous Oxide, or N20, is used as a whipping agent, working inside the cream without causing it to spoil while it remains inside the dispenser. Once the gas has filtered into the cream, shaking the dispenser will help to settle the contents, making it ready to insert into your cakes. The cream is then forced out of the nozzle by the high pressure, whipping up the cream in the process, helping to create perfect whipped cream every time you make it.
